Razzolino Chicken is born in a natural oasis, among the hills of Gran Sasso d'Italia, on the family-run organic farm MASSERIA DEI NOBILI. It has the good fortune to live in a healthy environment surrounded by nature rich in biodiversity. The Razzolino chickens are raised on pasture, with plant and natural foods thanks to hours of grazing without the use of antibiotics from birth.

Our chickens' feed is natural thanks to the hours of grazing on the organic farm's MASSERIA DEI NOBILI land , which allows the animals to enrich their meal with natural plant essences such as: ryegrass, alfalfa, purslane, clover and many others. Their feed is based on specially formulated vegetable blends to ensure a complete and balanced nutritional intake.
The food ration includes: Wheat, corn, sorghum and soybeans, sources of high-quality carbohydrates, protein, amino acids and plant fiber; Vitamins A, D3, E and B vitamins essential for proper metabolism, immune health and bone development; Trace elements such as iron, zinc, manganese, copper and selenium, essential for enzyme and cellular functions; Omega 3 and 6 of plant origin such as flaxseed.
All ingredients are selected to promote the healthy and harmonious growth of animals, respecting their welfare, food safety and achieving high quality of wholesome meat.

Freedom of movement supports the chicken's cardiovascular system and improves meat quality. We useslow-growing hardy breeds registered on the Ministerial list.
INNOVATIVE METHOD
The sheds are built with the most innovative technologies that recreate a natural habitat for our chickens. Openable side walls allow continuous changes of natural air, the lighting system is natural, hot water heating distributes heat evenly and eliminates cardiorespiratory problems due to combustions typical of intensive livestock farms. The farm is also 100 percent self-sufficient in water supplies; water is naturally sanitized.
CERTIFICATIONS and CONVENTIONS
MASSERIA DEI NOBILI farm is SGS certified for animal welfare in addition to the legal limits: antibiotic free, no CO2 from combustion for heating, use of drinking water from water reserves. Affiliated with the Faculty of Biosciences and Agrifood and Environmental Technologies of the University of Teramo on animal welfare, meat quality andfood safety.
ANALYSIS MEAT
Our farm MASSERIA DEI NOBILI has chosen to perform meat analysis for each production batch, demonstrating the absence of pesticides, antibiotics, heavy metals, aflatoxins and oxidized fats.
